The lamp has the original makers mark cast into the fork base – Made by Herbert Terry & Sons.  Complete with original shade and retains the 'earth' grommet 

Heavy cast iron base with smooth rolling casters.  Fully working 1209 Anglepoise, rewired with three core fabric covered antique cable.
