1940s Black Hadrill & Horstmann Desk Lamp

1940s Black Hadrill & Horstmann 'Roller' Counterpoise Desk Lamp.

British firm Hadrill & Horstmann created some of the most memorable and innovative lamps and lighting solutions of the 20th century.

In general good condition with wear and patination commensurate with age.  The lamp has been fully rewired with 3 core twisted black nylon flex.  In full working order.

At the tallest point with everything standing to attention/upright, the light measures 90cm while the base of the lamp measures 15cm square. The shade measures 12cm long with a diameter of 12.5cm.
