You may organise your own courier service, though we must emphasis that we can not take any responsibility for the item once it leaves our premises. If you wish to take this option, please let us know at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer a full refund policy. We ask that you inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your package if you wish to return it. Please return the item(s) in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Please note that the initial delivery charge is non refundable and you will also be liable for the return carriage charges. Once the item(s) have been returned they will be inspected before issuing a refund, minus any courier charges.

In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.
